He delivered our car to our home, went over all of the features of the car while sitting in our garage, and followed up with us as well. They even went back after we had signed the initial papers and send us a new loan package with a better rate that would lower our payments by eight dollars a month. We just had to sign again and send it in an envelope that they had pre-addressed and posted. More
