Oil change the some add ons I went to get my oil changed on Friday 3/8/2019. The appointment was at 9am. I then added a state inspection and tire rotation. I figured because of t I went to get my oil changed on Friday 3/8/2019. The appointment was at 9am. I then added a state inspection and tire rotation. I figured because of the state inspection I would be waiting until 1pm to get my truck. I got a call at 10:16 saying my truck was ready for pickup. I was totally impressed. Will continue to have my truck serviced here. More

Excellent experience at Heritage Chevrolet I took my 2015 Chevrolet Traverse in for servicing on Thursday 3-21-19. The engine light was on. I waited for my vehicle and I always enjoy talking to I took my 2015 Chevrolet Traverse in for servicing on Thursday 3-21-19. The engine light was on. I waited for my vehicle and I always enjoy talking to other people that are waiting on their vehicle repairs. The repairs were quick and even better, I was told that the repairs were still under warranty. As I was walking out, there were 2 young employees standing at the desk. One of them asked me how I was doing. I thought that he was very nice to acknowledge me. I told him that I was doing great. I have bought 2 vehicles from Heritage Chevrolet since 2014. Lennie Pond, the famous NASCAR racedriver, sold me both of them. He was so much more than a car salesman. He truly loved his job and I felt that he truly cared about my well-being as well as my family. When I bought my vehicles, he would call periodically just to make sure that I had no problems with the vehicle. As soon as I got into my car at Heritage after having it serviced, I truly laughed, thanked God, and looked up towards Heaven and thanked Mr. Pond. I’ve recently had some medical issues and lost my job 2 weeks ago. I just knew that Lennie was still looking out for his customers. Thank you God. Best place to buy a Chevy I have purchased 5 vehicles in the past few years from Heritage Chevy, Each and every time I must say it was the Best experience. Major Repairs & Saving You Money I took in my 2010 Chevrolet HHR with over 100K miles on it with what I knew would need some major repairs/service work. The service department was ve I took in my 2010 Chevrolet HHR with over 100K miles on it with what I knew would need some major repairs/service work. The service department was very through in inspecting and helping me decide on a course of action to get my car back to a safe running commuter car. Even though I spent over $3K they found ways to save me money with coupons, promotions, and discounts without me asking. They saved me close to $500. My car runs like the day I bought it and I'm confident I can get another 50K to 80K miles out it. They also recommend a few other repairs but said they can wait until the next service date. Owners REALLY do more at Heritage Chevrolet! I was trying to help a friend with a GM recall issue. She owns a Pontiac so I though that maybe someone at another GM certified dealer could point us I was trying to help a friend with a GM recall issue. She owns a Pontiac so I though that maybe someone at another GM certified dealer could point us in the right direction for some help. Well that did not happen. What did happen was that Jay Burchell helped me understand the GM recall process (professionally and honestly) and then contacted my friend directly and helped her work through getting her car fixed properly and affordably. Here is the lesson - my friend has never bought a car from Heritage - I have never bought a car from them either, but we received outstanding service.
