I have purchased about 19 new cars and prefer to go to heritage first after doing my Internet research/pricing. This is the seventh vehicle I have purchased from Heritage. I competed five Chevy dealers against each other and decided on Heritage due to their pricing, availability (I think they may have the best truck selection in Virginia), and previous experience with them. They had the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot, so I went in to test drive it, continued my negotiations, and settled on a great price and even got a great interest rate from their business office. He provided me with a thorough introduction to my new truck, helped set up the new Onstar account, and finished up all the paperwork. Heritage has been selling cars for a long time and has a well-earned reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. Their show room is on the corner of Highway 1/301 and Route 10 in Chester, VA (exit 61, I-95). Josh is the best cars salesman I have ever met. He is very honest. He keeps his promises. If you are on the fence about the model truck you want, go with a 4x4 Silverado 1500, quad cab, LT or LT Z71 with 5.3 liter EcoTec3 engine (not the 4.3 liter engine), All-star package, side steps, and bed liner, and other upgrades you like. If you love comfort, go with an LTZ. If you just need a work truck go with the WT model. Also, their service department is exactly what you expect from a reputable dealership: well trained, excellent (certified) work, genuine GM parts, and certified mechanics who love to work on Chevy vehicles.
