We are in our 60’s and this was our first ever used vehicle purchase. We’ve always bought new so our trepidation was high going in. I must say it was, without a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Keith Black, the sales associate, was honest, personable, straight forward in the price negotiation and he was everything but the a-typical ‘used car salesman’ most of us dread to deal with. We knew the price of the vehicle we were looking at was good going in but Keith worked with us to make the deal even better. He answered all our questions honestly and fairly. If he didn’t know the answer he was quick to find one for us. Never did we feel pressured or put on the spot with a ‘take it or leave it’ offer. We felt the deal we made was more than fair and are very pleased. The finance manager Tom O’Toole also was outstanding in finding us the best rate possible for our purchase. There was no added pressure to buy additional warranties or other add-ons we weren’t interested in. They asked up front if we were interested in any kind of extended warranty, we said no and that was it. Again, very professional. Tom even notified us the following day about a manufacturer recall he found which was outstanding. He told us that he and Keith would ensure our vehicle was taken to the proper dealer, by Heritage, and we would receive a loaner vehicle from Heritage while the vehicle was serviced. There were no owner’s manuals with the vehicle so Keith ordered a set from the manufacturer and will have them mailed to our home. The little things matter and both Keith and Tom sweat the little things! Once again, thanks to Keith Black, Tom O’Toole and Heritage Chevrolet. Extremely professional, courteous and obviously caring about customer service and satisfaction. We will most certainly recommend them all to friends and family! More

Having worked for a competing dealership for a long time, I expect a good experience. I was, however, blown away by the absolutely perfect process executed by Donnie, Marco & Lisa. The atmosphere was laid back, yet still professional. Even the employees that were not assisting me acknowledged me, & it was very welcoming. From the time I dropped my vehicle off, until I picked it up two days later, everything was seamless. I was running behind & in a hurry to pick my kids up from the bus, & they had everything ready & got me out lightening quick. I am impressed, and most grateful for the high quality service I received from these three incredible employees!! More

It was not what we were looking for, and as we were leaving we saw an Impala. As we were looking Mr. Amato ask if he could help us and we told him we were not interested in buying a car. The more we looked at the one we bought our interest became in buying was peaked. When Mr.Amato was walking by the second time I ask him if he could give us the price Heritage was looking to get for the car. Without any pressure Mr.Amato went out of his way to make sure that all of our needs were met before buying the car. We did not get in over our head on a car we could not afford, and payments that fit our budget. This is why I tell you that Mr. Amato is the sole we bought the car. He provided me with five 2017 Silverados to choose from that met my exact requirements. He set up an appointment, let me review all the vehicles and let me decide on which one I liked best. After locating a nice truck, a 2017 Chevy Silverado LTZ, 4x4, crew cab. he interfaced with the sales management team to get me a decent price. I contacted six Chevy/GMC dealers within 150 miles to make sure Heritage was still offering me the best price. Joshua Freedman helped me get all the manufacturer rebates available, which brought the truck within my budget price. He found I no other dealer even offered me, which sweetened the deal a bit more. I known they got me the lowest price possible, no buyer regrets here! I traded in my 2016 LT Z71 Silverado for an LTZ because they provided a fair trade-in price. I have never felt pressured at Heritage Chevrolet. This is about my ninth or tenth vehicle purchase with them and they always provide a no pressure environment. John Peck found a great loan, good interest rate, and a monthly payment that meets my budget. I will return to Heritage because they have a great selection (in stock), good pricing, and friendly sales team. More

The technician that worked on the car went above and beyond actually correcting a few items I didn't even ask for! That is TRUE professional service, second to none! This is also after another Chevrolet dealer, out-of-area, was not able to determine the nature of the issue and wanted me to spend $1000 on parts that wouldn't have even corrected the issue, not even RELATED to the issue. More
