They made things very easy, from vehicle selection, to price, to delivery at exactly the time promised. Upon delivery of the vehicle to my home (2hours away!) Felicia Schultz took the time and patience to explain every last detail about the vehicle and it’s numerous optional equipment, as well as reviewing the required documentation. This is the third Lincoln I’ve purchased and, hands down, the easiest, best, and most painless experience I’ve had buying a brand new vehicle site unseen. What a wonderful dealership to work with!
