While We have not bought a vehicle from Colonial we currently have 3 of our 5 vehicles serviced by this dealer on a consistent basis. The other 2 are still serviced by the selling dealer as they are un currently have 3 of our 5 vehicles serviced by this dealer on a consistent basis. The other 2 are still serviced by the selling dealer as they are under warranty and not a brand sold at Colonial. We have found Colonial’s service department to be price competitive especially when it comes to routine maintenance such as oil changes. They have never tried to upsell on something that was not needed and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The service area is clean and comfortable and most service visits are complete in a reasonable time. They are also oriented to attention to detail. For example the quick lube shops always adjust our tire pressures to 32 psi when the vehicle placard clearly states otherwise. Colonial always get this correct. Yes, it’s a small thing but when the TPMI goes off and you have to adjust the tire pressures to get to the required amount it’s just a nuisance. This is the attention to detail that keeps us coming back to Colonial. We generally don’t write many reviews but believe Colonial and its staff deserve a shout out for their excellence. More

Loved CMA Colonial Nissan. They were very informative and nice. When it came to the paperwork they were very efficient and quick. Didn't drag the process out for hours like so many places do. Sales staff was excellent. Felicia done a great job explaining every detail for the SUV i was interested in buying. She knows all the details about the Corsair . No pressure sales person. Not Happy. Purchased online auto. I don't think anything went right on this deal. all issues are dealership not doing job. Put personal name on title instead of business. Told me they sent VIN to my insurance agent for coverage-- That never happened. one week after delivery my agent emailed me and asked if the deal went through because she had no info on truck. They called 3 times to upsell paint protector & scotch guard the seats ( $800.00) and extended warranty ( $3400.00 ) . We cleaned out truck when we got it to our shop, pulled out 2 hypodermic type needles ( not sure what they were , possibly veterinary type) from between driver seat & console with a lot of potato chips, clean up was a joke . More
JR took no time finding the truck I needed and was upfront/honest front the very first meet.
