not so great recently purchased new Nissa Xterra, was told the SUMMER REBATE was already rolled into the price, salesman handed us a paper with all the financing o recently purchased new Nissa Xterra, was told the SUMMER REBATE was already rolled into the price, salesman handed us a paper with all the financing options and rebates but he himself was not aware of the one for Xterra until we pointed it out to him. (misleading advertising) got home and no carpet floor mats under the paper, had a hard time contacting salesman, finally spoke to manager who said they would send me some..( as they were included in the package on line.) 3 weeks and still waiting for mats.. keep getting emails from salesman but can't reply to his email address. No vanity mirrors in vehicle... really NISSAN do you save that much money cheaping on floor mats and vanity mirrors in a new vehicle.??? I have been spoiled by Toyota who's customer service is awesome and I will not be getting the vehicle serviced at Colonial, nor will I be recommending these people to anyone I know. I was looking forward to buying this vehicle and it may be the last new car I buy, so the whole experience is becoming quite awful. Oh and when called Nissan credit to ask a question, was on hold for 25 minutes..... My time is valuable to me, I am a nurse and work night shift and do not appreciate being treated so shabby. And the finance guy at the dealer made a big point of telling us when we did the survey, it would only count for them if we gave them an excellent. Well, if you want an excellent, you better work for it!!!!!! More

The vehicle paperwork manager applied moderate sales pressure to purchase other vehicle products; vehicle gap insurance; vehicle exterior and interior protection; and manufacture financing. This is all typical of most dealerships, yet not at professional as one might expect from a significantly large dealership. More
