I was treated professionally and warm. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The vehicle itself was explained from top to bottom. The actual deal was not stressful at all. I think each purchase has its own unique set of goals and we arrived at our purchase price in a few minutes.... The finance person, Kris....explains the financial aspect of the deal in such an understandable manner that we could chat about other things going on in the world... I would highly recommend CJs in Ventura...I enjoy my Mazda 6 and I know I will enjoy my Mazda 3... I hope to return in the future for my retirement car.... Another reason to try CJ is the service department. I am always treated with great service and if needed, a loaner vehicle for as long as the service takes....this is where I believe the package comes together.....they also wash your vehicle and return it clean...
