CDJR of Leesburg - Service Center

My experience was a disaster. As a former service advisor, manager and director for over 40 years I understand the difficulties of the job. That being said, there was no excuse for the representation, attitude and time it took to service the oil leak on my truck. None of the advisors had a professional appearance- sloppy and unkept. Tim, my advisor was obviously stressed to the point of rudeness. He never acknowledged my wife. The rental vehicle we were given was FILTHY outside and in…he acted like it was not a big deal. I had to take it to a car wash and pay $20 to make it barely decent . It took over 2 weeks to fix my truck. I know we needed a Mopar insurance adjuster to OK the repair and once that was done the day we were told to pick up the truck I showed up only to be told the repair had not begun. At this point I asked to speak to the shop foreman. Justin was the only true professional I encountered. He was truly apologetic and oversaw the rest of the repair including daily texts with updates. He also introduced me to Mike, the technician that would be doing the work. And my truck was ready the day I was told. The experience had a domino effect as I had an alignment and some bodywork appointments, both of which had to be rescheduled last minute which affected their business schedules and clients. There is no excuse for the lack of communication and attitude. I am grateful to Justin for his understanding of my frustration and the good work Mike did. I full time RV and fortunately was in Tavares long enough for this to play out. We have never received a call/text to see how the truck was performing, which I always had my advisors do at every dealership I worked. Bottom line…would not recommend this service department to anyone. More
