They sold me a car even after I wanted to back out, they practically forced me to buy it. Most of the options they said it had were indeed NOT included. When finding out it didn't have a protection coating practically forced me to buy it. Most of the options they said it had were indeed NOT included. When finding out it didn't have a protection coating on the paint (another option i was told it had) there are imperfections in the paint from factory. All I get is a run a round when I ask they make right. In mu humble opinion, they should provide a clear coating and not be a dick and run me off. I am very disappointed in the car buying experience and it seems it goes into the service department as well. The whole bottom line is, they stuffed me into a car and sent me on my way. Even at signing, I tried to back out but I was bullied. The service department had pictures of the defective paint blemishes and never sent them to the factory for review. The sales department won't help me even as compensation for the lies they told me about the car. In two words... YOU SUCK! More

I have purchased two cars from the dealership. Under the previous owner. Service is usually fantastic. However, this visit was less than stellar. When Auto checked me in, it was made clear they were too busy to do anything other than an oil change, and I would need to make an appointment for the following week to have any other concerns addressed. Normally an iPad is used when connected to my car to let me know what service schedule might be due or upcoming. This was not the case on this visit. I did appreciate the video which showed the tech reviewing my car. He addressed a few items in the video I might want to consider having done such as replacing a filter or changing some of the fluids. It was not offered to me to have this done on this visit. When I checked out, I received multiple pages listing what was recommended and it was noted I had declined all of the services. I did not decline them. I was not offered to have them done. This visit has me for the first time questioning if I should continue the service on my vehicle at a local mechanic instead of coming back to the dealer, which I have in the past been very happy with. With my car at 80,000 miles, and knowing I will most likely be looking to buy a new vehicle this is also disheartening. More
