Mark in the dining area was attentive to my needs while I waited for my truck to be serviced of oil change tire rotation and filters changed. Gabriel the mechanic provided a professional video of my trucks engine under the hood and under the truck which eased my mind of guessing if my trucks health is found well . He said both areas of the truck is pristine which made me feel good as a single woman that me keeping it up to date and clean shows it’s self worth. Carlos the service advisor was very kind and knowledgeable of the questions I asked. Very appreciative of the entire team! Thank you for making my visit less stressful and worrysome! More

No calls from s Dropped car off at 1030 am for non working AC blower. Tuesday at 115 the car had not yet made it into the service area for diagnosis. No calls from service advisor. When I call him I'm told 24 hours then 48 hours for diagnosis. Only after a diagnosis will my warranty pay for a rental car. So Wednesday we have hope. What is the point of a service appointment? Never even consider taking your vehicle to this establishment. Dropped my Jeep off on 3/15/23 for a routine warranty oil change & to have a 2 things checked out. Recently a dashboard warning appear establishment. Dropped my Jeep off on 3/15/23 for a routine warranty oil change & to have a 2 things checked out. Recently a dashboard warning appeared about the stop/start feature being unavailable at times & my rear A/C power surge not working. After arriving at the dealership, I mentioned both of these issues to my service advisor Kim but she claimed it would take awhile to have a technician look at it & the best idea was to come back to get those checked another time. Kim also inferred it may be an auxiliary battery or something electric acting up causing the stop/start prompt. Got upsold on an alignment & air filters, walked out paying $283. Just a couple days later as I was driving to work, the check engine light came on. The "stop/start unavailable" dashboard warning was still appearing but it wasn't consistently staying on & the feature would still work. The car was not starting normal however, I typically use my push to start with the key, after this visit it would signal the car to start which it would, but only to shut off 10-15 seconds later. Every time this happened the prompt warning about stop/start unavailable would appear on the dashboard when I entered the car. Starting the car with the ignition button inside worked fine every time. I continued going about my commute to & from work daily with the check engine light appearing on 75% of the time, neither the check engine or stop/start warnings stayed on 100% of the time. I called Kim to make her aware of the situation, couldn't fit me in immediately so we made an appointment to come in 4/3/23. The car didn't make it to the appointment. On 3/31 I went to start the car to go to work with the ignition button inside, it stuttered then white odorous smoke starting pumping out of the tailpipes. Immediately I call Kim, tell her what's going on, she tells me my insurance company might cover a tow. No help offered from the dealership. I pay $~175 for a tow to the dealership & have to uber to work late for $30. Car gets dropped off on Friday mid-day, it didn't get seen until Monday (today). I reached out to the service number provided twice today asking for an update. Finally around 6pm my wife receives a call, believed to be from a technician. He was hard to understand when explaining what exactly the problem was, how it led to this etc. but was VERY CLEAR TO TELL ME I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE & even started asking if I have an extended warranty. Asked for a manager, never got one. Decided to drive my loaner car (family lent me their car) down & arrive to a completely empty service department minus one young man named Kobe. It was 6:15pm & the place closes at 8pm, not one manager in sight to talk to. Kobe said he will inform managers Dave and/or Tiffany to call me in the morning. Essentially as of now I paid $283 on the 15th of the month to have this service department conduct a routine oil change that somehow led to engine failure no more than 2 weeks later... that's apparently my fault as I'm being asked about warranty/expected to be footing the bill. On top of that everyone I've talked to is taking absolutely no accountability for this terrible customer service. Never take your vehicle here. This is the 2nd time I've dealt with this dealership since moving to the area. Never had any issues with this car & I got it January 2019 ~40k miles put on since. The first time at this dealership, for an oil change, they reconnected a hose wrong under the hood & I drove off noticing it felt different, got fixed by the technician right then & there before I drove off the property. I hope we can rectify this situation & this review here soon, we shall see. Update… arrived at the dealership this morning (4/4/23) for them to act dumbfounded claiming no responsibility & subject what happened to simply bad timing. “We don’t touch the water pump during oil changes” they say… They essentially told me to kick rocks & get it towed out of here. Management is not consumer friendly. They would rather loose a customer vs price match/discount on tires. No they lost a future lease and on-going services from me forever. Horrible busi They would rather loose a customer vs price match/discount on tires. No they lost a future lease and on-going services from me forever. Horrible business decision. ( I will say Carlos, the service advisor is a pleasure to work with! Manager who made the decision not to help me out, not only loss my business but word of mouth is even more powerful. Acquisition cost to get and retain a new customer is a lot greater than price managing or providing me with a discount. I worked in a car dealership and sold cars. I managed sales agents and territories for a large insurance company for 25 years. My point-don’t loose a customer over $50.00. It will cost you a lot more in future business More
