I dropped off early by mistake but they took care of the problem early for me. That was very accommodating. Picking up my vehicle was a little clunky. I waited and waited for the service writer to come back problem early for me. That was very accommodating. Picking up my vehicle was a little clunky. I waited and waited for the service writer to come back so I could get my keys. After almost fifteen minutes I asked where he was…and he was sitting right there. No idea how long I was waiting while he was sitting right next to me. I’d never met him before. Pickup was smooth after that, but I would have rather been out quicker. All in all the service experience was good though. More

Repair were done well, from my driving experience. Dealership blames the delay on our Warranty company taking a long time to approve the repair. I'm going to check that. Oh, their hourly shop rate has gone up to $218.00 per hour! Yikes. More

Bought my truck there. Hardly ever got good service. Last time got tires with pil change. Checked on truck said it would be finished next day. Needed 4 wheel alignment. Then got a call said it was ready. 36 pounds of pressure in 40 lbs tires. No print out of alignment. Always got one. No oil change done. Next day. Oil change ask for alignment printout. Didnt get. Not sure if it was done. Another time I was in for an oil change. Knew I had a nail in my right rear tire. Called and said I had a nail, then called and said i didnt. They rotated the tires. Now i have a nail in my right front. Brought te truck back 2 days later and you had to replace the tire. Worst ever. Covenant but no longer worth it. More
