The process for scheduling service and maintenance are a mess. Even if you schedule an appointment it is still first come first served when you arrive. I arrived for a simple oil and filter change at 0730 am that wasn't complete until 1130 am. Four hours for a simple oil and filter change??? What an unnecessary waste of time. More
