Change over to new computer system that video's service on cars was challenging, i.e. took 3 hours for a simple oil change. My Service Tech was, Jose, was great as usual. He tried to keep me updated but was greatly hampered by an apparently new process. A full day + to get a small part from Orlando to Fruitland Park? He wasn't able to give me much current information while doing things others used to do. I watched him and the other service reps working their b**** off and appearing to be stressed. I've worked with Jose before and was extremely happy with his efforts and results. Seems someone tried to fix something that was working well and has screwed it up. Was the new Morgan Group responsible? More
Carlos in service was very kind and respectful. He seemed overwhelmed but that appeared to be because others were not stepping in to help. I spent 45 minutes waiting to be helped when I arrived. There were people behind me and we were all at Carlos computer area. His area is right when you walk in and I think everyone assumes that’s the welcome desk of sorts. As for the other workers, either everyone was so busy and they need more help or everyone was trying to avoid helping people because they didn’t want to be bothered. It was hard to tell if those at the computer stations were doing work related things. Some were not for sure. I came in for a simple oil change. It took 3 hours after I waited for 45 minutes. Spending almost 4 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. More
Thank you for taking over this dealership. We had an unresolved and great concerns with the service department and many people not being honest. I opted to collect my car and not let them wor We had an unresolved and great concerns with the service department and many people not being honest. I opted to collect my car and not let them work on it as I scheduled the appointment around all my medical appointments. We had the pleasure to meet with Amman and learn that this company had just taken over. Mr Amman, although not in service department he gave us the impression this new owner really cared about the customers and making things right. So much so we are happy to know they bought out all the Bill Bryan dealerships in the area!!! We are now happily shopping for 2 new autos and Amman is the person who encouraged us and assured us things were changing for the better! He was confident, professional and presented as a very knowledgeable individual. He is the only reason we will be looking at these dealerships in Leesburg. Looking forward to cleaning up and training the service department not to lie to the customer- dishonesty and claiming to be in a role you are not is not appreciated at all. I do hope the new owners totally gut the people with zero auto knowledge in the service department. Golden rule, if you do not know something do NOT lie, just be accountable and say you have no idea- Service department dishonesty is why I took my car out of there. Thanks for meeting us Amman! More
