Waited over four hours for an oil change service writer never.came out to give us a status. After a little over three hours I went to check on my vehicle was told it was in the wash are. Fourth five minute never.came out to give us a status. After a little over three hours I went to check on my vehicle was told it was in the wash are. Fourth five minutes later I went to check again at that point I was told they hadn't even started on my vehicle. Finials at that point the service writer finally came out and said sorry I didn't put the clipboard on the dash. I was very much disappointed with the no communications and the false information I was given. I have never been treated with so much disconcern. I will not be returning to have any work done.
