Communication at this dealership as far as service department goes leaves a lot to be desired. Car was brought in for low tire pressure on one tire. Service tech could not find any issues. Key was returned to me. Saturday drop off, was told oil leak required more labor than could be completed until Monday. Jeep was ready end of day Friday, pick-up Saturday and check engine light was on. I was really disappointed t than could be completed until Monday. Jeep was ready end of day Friday, pick-up Saturday and check engine light was on. I was really disappointed that they had it for a week, and when I come to get it, still has a problem. Three hours after the initial pick-up it is ready again. I guess my disappointment was the time to repair, and that it was not tested before we came to pick it up, resulting in additional time and inconvenience - basically ruined my Saturday as I planned on picking up and doing other things, not wait around for it to be fixed later in the afternoon. More
