Kobe is a very competent service advisor. He is very prompt when getting my estimate together for repairs. I didn't have an appointment and was quoted 2 days or 48 hours for diagnostics. I made the appt and was quoted 45 minutes to do the service. I was there for 3 hours from 1:15-almost 4:15.
