Many issues with this dealership. Fees, addons, missing items and trade value. I asked up front about fees and addons and was told nothing. My last two experiences with your service department has been very disappointing. Its way over priced along with extremely slow service. For example, $39.99 for a cabin air filter that sells for $12 at an auto parts store along with a two- and one-half hour wait to get a cabin air filter, oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I could have done it myself at home in one hour and I don't have a lift. They said they were going to "rinse of my car for me" (he said that's what he would call it because it does not do a very good job). Ho, and by the why, that would take about another twenty minutes. I said thanks but NO THANKS! I purchased two cars in a row from Bill Bryan because of their professionalism and quality service for a fair price. Your dealership would need to work hard to win me back. AND THAT 3% SURCHARG JUST TOOK IT WAY OVER THE TOP! More
