The haggling process was a bit much. Ordered my own bed cover and it arrived on a Monday and wanted them to install for me to pick up on Tuesday. Had my pro master 3500 in last week for an issue while they found nothing last week I did bring it back this week as the issue expanded. They seemed to have found something. I will be waiting for more news to see if there’s any further damage. I am hoping that they will go through this vehicle thoroughly in all things related to this issue to make sure the cause of the issue is found versus just the end result fixed. I am also hoping that any item related to this or even close to it is also followed up with in case any of that is left hanging. As in the past and so far this dealership has been great to me. I think this will be a test to see how well they know their stuff. We all know things can go wrong, Hoping all their training is able to put Humpty Dumpty back together again.
