Katie March did a great job of taking care of my repair needs. I appreciated the video that was sent explaining what was done to correct the problem. I was unsatisfied that the request to check my tire i needs. I appreciated the video that was sent explaining what was done to correct the problem. I was unsatisfied that the request to check my tire inflation was not done and I was not happy with the amount of dirt and grease that I found on the sill and on the drivers seat. This was most unusual as for all my previous service calls, I found the the auto to be well protected from such events and it was always clean when I picked it up. More

I must say I miss the lounge that Bill Bryan proved for its customers. The service on my vehicle was fine, but I had a bag of 20 dollars in quarters in my car which one of your employees took. I know I should have taken it out before having service done, but I forgot. Otto did a good job in understanding my services need. He keep me informed on the status of the required repairs. All repairs where completed and the Jeep is back in working order.
