Bring back the old team, PLEASE! The new owners didn't have donuts, crackers, pastries, or other treats for their customers! How cheap can you get? I brought my car in to get an oil change, tires rotated and to get my GPS map updated and was told that they DO NOT DO MAP UPDATES! They should! The GPS navigation system was an option that cost a pretty penny! The least they could do is to offer map updates. My service adviser stated that he was going to indicate the website to go to on my service sheet so I could update the map. He stated that I would have to PAY to download an update, but the update may not be current! WHAT???; pay to update your map but it may not be current. Makes no sense, nevertheless; he didn't indicate the website on my bill and now I have to wait for him to call back. DUH; of course, he's busy assisting other customers and couldn't take my call. I'm still waiting for him to call back; it's been an hour since I originally called, and he STILL didn't call back! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!
