Both Otto who wrote up our repair and called us when repair was finished and Kobe who checked us out were very personable and efficient . The repairs were done much faster than I expected. Then my rep said to call or text him directly if I had any questions, I did both and never received any acknowledgment back. I finally had to call into the service center to get my question answered, in which case my rep answered. I stated that I called his number and also text as he directed me to do and he said “yeah, I saw that” Just awful service from start to finish. The only reason I did not give 1 star is there was one person there named Juan, who was very nice and the gentleman who helped me when I came to pick up my car was also friendly. More
Actual service and advisors Tiffany (who helped get appt) and Kobe who handled were excellent and deserve a five. Tried initially to schedule over the phone and was told since it was warranty work. Called Monday am and no call back. Called again Wednesday and told the same thing. I asked that they be told this was my second call. Was told by woman that she'd make sure this was included. I wanted to know since this was listed as a safety recall, how urgent it was to get fixed since I am taking a road trip with the car. On Friday afternoon, I called again only this time not saying it was warranty work and got Tiffany who handled it promptly. She scheduled it for next day a 9A. Kobe had a quick check in and I was out in less than an hour. He deserves a five.The person who supposedly handles warranty scheduling doesn't return calls and deserves a 0. of course I never got a name of who this was to rate them More
