My Jeep indicated that the left rear tire was low. this was the second time in 2 weeks. I decided to take it to CDJR so that the tire could be checked. I did not have an appointment but was taken r this was the second time in 2 weeks. I decided to take it to CDJR so that the tire could be checked. I did not have an appointment but was taken right away by Jose Valdez. Because of @ nails being close together I needed a new tire. Jose checked and found that it was covered by my MOPAR Tire protection and received confirmation. This happen on a Saturday afternoon. Great service More

This was my first visit to the service center for manufacturer recall work. Appointment was scheduled at a time convenient for me. Staff were prompt and the work was performed exactly as described.
