The lack of customer service has been pathetic. For the past two month I have been trying to get a simple problem fixed with my warranty, which funny enough was a problem caused by a finance manger For the past two month I have been trying to get a simple problem fixed with my warranty, which funny enough was a problem caused by a finance manger who had to lied to me in order to sell a product. The biggest problem yet is that I cannot talk to a finance manager nor a sales manager no matter what time a call they’re to busy to fix an issue. I have left my number 4 different times in the past two months and nobody has reached out. Also have been in email communication with Mike Allen where he said he was going to fix the issue but now he will not respond to any emails. I’ve been in the car industry for 7 years and this is pathetic,I would not recommend this dealership. More

Very poor customer service. My vehicle was in for 8:00 for software correction. When i arrived to pick it up well after dark, I had to go out to a large fenced lot and find it i My vehicle was in for 8:00 for software correction. When i arrived to pick it up well after dark, I had to go out to a large fenced lot and find it in the farthest row from the service area. I didn’t find out they hadn’t done the promised wash until the next day. Not my kind of dealership. More
