They tried to take advantage of my wife by removing the balancing weights on the tires while rotating them. This only happens intentionally and they tried to charge her for it. Dealer service personnel were all very knowledgeable and courteous.. All repairs were completed as requested and suggested. The engine air filter box however was not properly closed. There are five screws courteous.. All repairs were completed as requested and suggested. The engine air filter box however was not properly closed. There are five screws to attach the cover closed and only two were screwed down. Also one vent hose on the box was reattached. It’s just carelessness on the part of the mechanic. That’s why I only gave four stars. I corrected the issues. More

My service agent was very unresponsive. Truck sat at dealership for almost 3 weeks before even a diagnostic test. Could have been a 10k job for ya'll but towed it to another mechanic shop.
