I was able to get an appointment on the same day as I requested one, which was excellent. My service advisor, Carlos Mendoza was courteous, prompt, and efficient... and kept me advised of progress while requested one, which was excellent. In addition to my 25k scheduled maintenance, they also corrected a minor recall issue. Carlos also advised about payment options, which allowed me to make an informed choice about my method of payment. I also enjoyed that they have free popcorn, hotdogs and sodas, which had previously been suspended during COVID. Overall...a good experience between the cleanliness of the waiting room area, and the helpful staff. More

Never had issues in the past, but this last visit left me disappointed. I had booked on line for an appointment to have an oil change and a blinker light changed. Good thing I asked to give me a ride back home instead of waiting in the guest area because it took more than 6 hours for the service and a few texts and phone calls on my part, to get an update. The person that was helping me did tell me she was new to the job, but I don't think my truck was placed in service in the appointment scheduled time (8 am). She was very apologetic but I didn't get an explanation of why it took so long. What's the sense of making an appointment? More
