Wanted over $3,000 to replace an ABS control module and their “recommended” tuneup of replacing the spark plugs on a Ram 1500 that is only worth $8,000 trade-in. And when I refused services other than lett their “recommended” tuneup of replacing the spark plugs on a Ram 1500 that is only worth $8,000 trade-in. And when I refused services other than letting them do an alignment that they recommended due to outrageous pricing of parts, they still charged me $280 for a diagnostic fee. Only reason I gave them 3 stars was because the gentleman responsible for communicating with me was very quick to communicate and was very polite. I’ll be taking any servicing issues I have elsewhere though. More
