What’s even more sad is we had to wait a month to receive our car, meanwhile we were receiving emails from the sales department asking us about buying the car we already purchased. Very unorganized dealership. The dealership did provide us with a loaner car however the car was very inadequate for our family needs. There’s a complete disconnect between the sales and finance department where they don’t even know what warranties are offered and cover. Overall the car buying process was hugely disappointing to the point where when we received our new vehicle we were not even excited. More

Baited in by a non existent sales rep for a truck that wasn't in inventory. The online team for this dealership posts trucks they don't have to get people to come to the lot, and the lot employees have no wasn't in inventory. Very pushy when we tried to leave, and claimed the truck had a recall, when a vin check showed zero active recalls. Don't do business with shady dealerships. It's not the sales staff's fault, they don't have any idea who this internet team is and what they're promising. The corporate decisions to engage in these tactics is what shouldn't be rewarded More
