Juan was an excellent service advisor - he kept us up to date and gave us lots of options. Jacob sent us a very thorough technical walkthrough of our vehicle inspection. He went from soup to nuts in his ove date and gave us lots of options. Jacob sent us a very thorough technical walkthrough of our vehicle inspection. He went from soup to nuts in his overview - very thorough! The waiting area was a hospitality experience with coffee, popcorn, and hotdogs! The service experience was excellent. Not a good experience at the dealership. Found a filter bracket that had been left off of car. Service tech forgot to put it back on. Had to drive back 30 minutes to get it fixed. Not good.
