I am beyond upset. I just purchased a car that is now in your shop for the last week. The vehicle only had 1300 miles, 2023. I only had it for 10 days. The online prices of your vehicles are also a misrepresentation after all the add backs to the price. If there are any safety issues for what is wrong with this vehicle, I want a refund. I am currently being represented by Dan Newlin due to a major car accident that totaled my vehicle is what brought us to you. The experience so far has been terrible. After 4 days you finally provided a loaner only due to my husband taking a survey and mentioning it. I need to know how this is going to be made right! And not a bunch of excuses. More

Prices are high as with most dealers. I liked the way they handled the service, but their diagnostic did not raise and provide solutions for 2 of the main issues. Despite this they are on I liked the way they handled the service, but their diagnostic did not raise and provide solutions for 2 of the main issues.
