I am not too impressed with "shop" guys. Car wasn't detailed in the time indicated it would be which create extra hour sitting and waiting (car wasn't even detailed very well). More

Kelly was very thorough and took the time even after 7:00 PM closing to show me a number of SUVs that we were interested in. I was able to take the final contender home that evening for my wife to check out, then made a pain-free purchase the next morning. The vehicle has 99k miles but looks and drives like new! I mentioned that the floor mats were a bit worn, so they ordered new ones for us and shipped them directly to our house. They really go the distance at CAL to ensure customer satisfaction! We'll be back for sure. More
