We were in need of a car and researched your web sight and y My husband and I live in a remote area and our transmission went out on our little Isuzu right in the middle of our 1st big snowfall. Friendly and helpful We just went in to look and the salesman who helped us was great! He did not push, was friendly and funny. We found a vehicle but did not have quite enough to put down. I mentioned we had a snowmobile and 67 Mustang for sale and Mark offered to list them on Facebook for us. He even came and took pictures to post. By doing this I have been getting quite a few calls and hopefully will sell one or both soon. He has kept in touch and is trying to help us find a way to get the vehicle we want. We have never had someone work with us like he has and it speaks highly of the dealership he works for. This is not our first dealing with Consumer Cal's and would recommend them to others. More

My wife & I were pre-approved & ready for a new truck.I had called on a few different rigs (C.A.L.'s) being one of the dealers.We started out with Cam My wife & I were pre-approved & ready for a new truck.I had called on a few different rigs (C.A.L.'s) being one of the dealers.We started out with Camp Cheverolet,again being pre-financed & wanting to stay within our means they were unwilling to negotiate down their asking price.On top of this having owed just over ten grand on our trade in they would only offer us six & don't worry they'll just ad the balance to our new loan,not exactly within our means any more xxx.Sooo on to Foothills Lincoln Mercury blah blah blah.Same xx however they offered six-five again not good enuf.This was a Friday & I myself was done.I'll keep the truck I have.Now when I had originally called cal's I spoke with Mark & he had the list of what I needed & what I wanted in a truck.On to Saturday with the family on the way to Coeur D Alene for some fun & shopping,Mark calls "Mac I have a beautiful Dodge for you" I had expressed my discontent with our truck buying process thus far & told him why,his reply was come on out Airway Hights i know we can do better then that for you.After hesitating a little I agreed to come look.VERY HAPPY we did the truck...perfect, they paid off our trade in completely we actually had received a refund check from previous lender.The asking price was in our range however they were able to get us slightly better terms then what we came to them with & lowered their asking price to cover a majority of the bumper to bumper warranty we purchased.Ill tell you what I'M SOLD....I know where we'll be getting our new truck next time ..........p.s. I won enuf cash on their spin wheel to take my beautiful wife out to a nice dinner in our new truck...Thank you Mark More

Reluctant buyer I had place a vehicle on Craig's List (Big mistake, three scammers within minutes). Tony Vandebogart (Cals salesperson) sent me an email asking if I had considered using the veh as a trade-in. I like going to car dealerships, like I like having teeth pulled. I found Tony easy to talk to and he was very accommodating. I was looking for a vehicle that could be flat towed. Ultimately I used two of my vehicles as trade ins and purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot. I'm not the greatest negotiator (usually buy high and sell low), but I'm satisfied with the purchase. Actually I really like the car. More
