I have even had them come running out of the dealership and standing in front of my car as I drove the lot to see if anything interested me. I had none of that at C&S. When I parked and got out of my car I was greeted professionally at the door and the salesman listed to what I had to say I wanted for a car. Their initial offer for a sales price was fair, as was their offer for my trade after we made a deal on the purchase. I absolutely refuse to put up with the ""games"" of making the car deal and the salesman understood this and dealt with me in fair manner, keeping the nonsense to a minimum. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had." More

We had our vehicle serviced as well as inspected by mechanics. They discovered an issue that needed to be addressed, and which my warranty protection would cover. That was great news. The Auto Company seems to go above and beyond the norm for regular maintenance on our vehicle. They are a competent company to do business with. Nice job C & S Auto! Great team work. More

It went quickly and smoothly although I waas suprized to see the total amount and was a little saddened as I was looking at 28,00.00 and it says 44,000.00 not a good feeling. I felt a little like throwing up as I had mentioned I was buying a house and I did not want a large amount because it could hold up my loan approval. Now the loan company is slowed down due to the purchase price was extremly over my 28,000.00 projected estimate. More

I love my new Sonata! I bought my 2015 Sonata in about 2 hours. This is my 3rd Sonata, and I love driving this car. The gas mileage has been great so far, and it handles I bought my 2015 Sonata in about 2 hours. This is my 3rd Sonata, and I love driving this car. The gas mileage has been great so far, and it handles very well. I do not like the middle compartment because they changed how many openings are in the overall compartment. However, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. This is a great car!!! More

Does not stand behind their word. I recently purchased a vehicle from C &S. My family and I have bought many vehicles from them in the past. It had been along time since we had bought I recently purchased a vehicle from C &S. My family and I have bought many vehicles from them in the past. It had been along time since we had bought one from them. This experience reminded me of why. The deal started with them telling me that the price on the internet was wrong and that the price was supposed to be higher. They told me that they would honor it though. This price was still at clean perfect retail and the vehicle was not "perfect". I was told the vehicle had not been through the service department yet and they would still do that. They allowed me to take the vehicle home and look it over myself and show it to my wife. When I returned I told them that it needed new tires, front and rear brakes, replace the glove box, and a new antenna. I was told they would fix everything but the new tires. After 4 hours of my time we reached an agreement on the price and the items to be fixed. To me this was way to long a time of playing games. We made an appointment to have the work done and the service department called me and told me that they would be replacing the front brakes, front rotors, wipers, glove box, and antenna. The service adviser told me they would have to order the parts. The sales department had known for 2 weeks that these parts were going to be replaced and we thought everything would be done in one visit. This ended up taking 3 visits to the service department. I was told the antenna would take 2 weeks to arrive. I went to another dealership and had one the same day. I was also told that the rear brakes were above 50 percent life. I used to be a mechanic and i know that they were not above 50 percent. The service department put the wrong grade of oil in the vehicle so I changed the oil right away. About 2 weeks after buying the car I bought new pads and rotors for the rear of the vehicle because I wanted it to be safe for my wife and daughter to commute in. The pads were below 10 percent life compared to new pads. I have also put new tires on the car because it would hydro plane in the rain and again I wanted it to be safe for my family this winter. I paid close to retail for this vehicle that I know was a used car but it should have been safe at least for that price. I have now also put over a thousand dollars of my money into it to bring it to my standards of safe. I would not trust their standards of what safe is. I bought an extended warranty on this vehicle to cover if anything else pops up. I was told that C&S will "take care of their customer" by covering the deductible if you have the work done in their shop. I will gladly take this vehicle to someone else and pay the deductible to know they don't get to work on my vehicle. More

Wonderful Service My wife drove our old 1996 Subaru Legacy home from work and experienced a lot of noise and vibration When she entered the driveway, smoke started pou My wife drove our old 1996 Subaru Legacy home from work and experienced a lot of noise and vibration When she entered the driveway, smoke started pouring out of the hood and the engine would not turn off. Fortunately, it has a manual transmission and we could stop the engine by popping the clutch. I grabbed the fire extinguisher and opened the hood. No flames and the smoke stopped. We thought the car was toast. Next day we had it towed to C&S where they replaced the starter and a few other minor parts. Great job guys! We have been servicing our three Subarus at C&S since 1996. We have been extremely pleased with the service department. The completed new construction makes it a lot easier, You can drive right in without searching for a parking spot. More

As a mother with two young children, nothing is more important to me than safety. C&S made me feel like they cared about my family's safety while on the road. They did excellent work for a fair price and I plan to go back for all of my car's needs. More
