Door recall and scheduled maintenave I scheduled a regular oil change and tire rotation in conjunction with a door seal repair (freezing open) which was part of a recall. The oil and change and tire rotation went well; however, the first tech who performed the door seal work did not complete the work as per spec. I returned the next day and had to leave my work vehicle for over 6 hours to have the door issue resolved by a senior technician. Fortunately, Heather and Will handled the issue professionally and as timely as possible. More
