Terrible service I came in for an oil change and it took close to 2 hours. My appointment. Was scheduled for 8:30 and I arrived at 8:20 noting the importance of my tim I came in for an oil change and it took close to 2 hours. My appointment. Was scheduled for 8:30 and I arrived at 8:20 noting the importance of my time and the reason I scheduled an 8:30 appointment. My car sat in the check in area for at least 40 minutes before going back for an hour oil change. A customers time is valuable and there really is no reason for you to have a scheduling system if you don’t keep to the schedule. Instead of completing the service I was just asked for additional service to be completed such as tires and inspection generating more money for you. As I stressed again the importance of time and getting off to work. There is no sense of urgency there. I figured I would come there for an oil change since it is closer to me now, but it wasn’t worth the oil change coupon to come there. If I put down waiting for the car and it is an oil change there is no reason that it takes this long. Maybe you should think about opening a quick service bay for things like oil changes, light bulbs, wipers, etc where you can get a customer in and out at the agreed time. I never usually take these surveys but thinking back now I have never had a good experience there. With my older vehicle as part of a recall when my dash was removed the iPod cables were stuck in the dash and damaged causing me to have to come back and then order new cables. I came in October to have this vehicle push to start light fixed. It didn’t get fixed as it it still does not light up, but that was extra service revenue free of charge paid by Kia under warranty for you. Then to top off this most recent visit I get a call that another customers keys were left in my vehicle and loan and behold they were. How does this happen? Once again maybe taking on too much work and it can’t be handled. Quantity isn’t supposed to diminish the quality of work. To call me and ask if there are someone else’s keys in my car and then for me to once again try to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate you to get them back. I did get another free oil change card out of the deal that looks like I just wrote free oil change on it but that’s supposed to make everything better. Once again I’m sorry that I had to give this type of review but you have a lot of opportunities for improvement there that need to be addressed. I will continue to go my old auto shop as they make sure to take care of my car and don’t just try to upsell more services. Thanks for your time. More
