100000k Service Though there were specific things that are done during the 100000k service check, It was catered to what my truck needed.ex: I recently had an oil cha Though there were specific things that are done during the 100000k service check, It was catered to what my truck needed.ex: I recently had an oil change & tire rotation, so those services were not done, at my request. My Service Advisor Kari Evancho kept me informed every step of the way while my truck was being serviced. She even brought my filthy air filter into the customer lounge to show me that I needed a new one! Great job Kari, and the whole C Harper service team that worked on my truck! Lengthy but for the amount of work it was acceptable.. During my previous oil change the cover for the oil filter was installed improperly and ruined the cover.
