Get rid of the receptionist in the commercial truck service The receptionist in the service area needs to go. Tom has always done an outstanding job, even before the receptionist was added. The receptionist d The receptionist in the service area needs to go. Tom has always done an outstanding job, even before the receptionist was added. The receptionist does not know about trucks nor does she care about the customer. I waited about 10 minutes to be checked in while she was on the computer. She is very impersonal and short with the customers. Get rid of the receptionist and let Tom do the job like before. He is the best. More

Great service My original appointment was for an inspection/emmision. I had a second appointment scheduled for the following week to have a recalled part replaced i My original appointment was for an inspection/emmision. I had a second appointment scheduled for the following week to have a recalled part replaced in my car. I had been told when I made the appointment that both things could not be completed on same day. But thankfully they were able to fit me in. Loved it. While it did take a little longer on Monday[ about 2 1/2 hours] it was much better than coming back in on another day. The service techs name was Kari.... FYI... it is not listed below. Perhaps that can be fixed. More

Had to wait a little longer than normal for an inspection, but that’s to be expected at the end of the month. Had to have two tires replaced, which seemed priced a little high, but other than that, the experience was good. More
