Timing I dropped my truck off the night before my appointment At 5pm (open till 7) and no one was inside so I randomly just dropped my keys off on the desk w I dropped my truck off the night before my appointment At 5pm (open till 7) and no one was inside so I randomly just dropped my keys off on the desk with a Note. The next day a service advisor contacted me at 8:30am said they found my keys. My appointment was at 9:15 am, I asked when he thought my truck would be done so I can have someone there to pick it up because I wouldn’t make it there before they closed, I asked him if he it could be done by 10am, he said he would definitely try to have it done by 10am. I was only getting an oil change and a tire rotation, (I was also asked by a lady when I called to schedule my appointment if I was waiting there cause it would only take 45minutes). 10am came and went I tired calling back and I got no one. Finally after a few calls by 4:30pm I got someone on the phone and they told me they were just finishing up with my truck. I had to hurry up and inconvenience some one to pick my truck up that afternoon, all while I’m busy at work. I’m glad I didn’t wait! For the cost they charge you would think the service would be top of the line. More
