Supportive Staff was friendly and helpful. Lenny went the extra mile in service to meet our outside scheduler needs. The inspection work was right on time but a Staff was friendly and helpful. This delay was impacting a scheduled appointment at another destination. Lenny gave us a loaner car so we could keep our doctor's appointment while the recall work got completed. Needed a tail light assembly repair I was pleased with the respect and treatment from the service department. I was impressed that Kia did a proper and complete repair, unlike many othe I was pleased with the respect and treatment from the service department. I was impressed that Kia did a proper and complete repair, unlike many other service providers. I had a tail light getting water in it and it burn some LED bar lights out. Most places would have fixed the lens and left the lights un- repaired, leaving me to schedule yet another visit. I was waiting to see if the light would also be checked and repaired. It was! Good job guys. I'm quite cynical about all work quality now a days. Does anyone, anywhere do excellent work and take initiative anymore. Kia did. Thank you. Lastly, the warranty on my KIA was great! All covered under warranty no deductible. again Thanks! Almost forgot, I got a free quick car wash out of it also, which was especially nice since I was going to a wedding a few days later. Waited too long Was made to wait very near an hour after deal was settled. I was not taking the car home that eve. As it was a dealer trade. Had to go find someone to tell him we were done and leaving. Management appeared very lacking in skills. Salesman was literally jogging back and forth from us to "office". Still didn't have all the necessary paperwork at signing and I had to drive home with a dealer plate then schedule time to meet drive to sign papers and get my paperwork and plate. Poor management from my situation. More
