Brakes and rotors I had my front brakes and rotors replaced within the past two weeks. Today I heard a rattle sound while braking. I took my vehicle to a pep boys bec I had my front brakes and rotors replaced within the past two weeks. Today I heard a rattle sound while braking. I took my vehicle to a pep boys because it was the closest place to get my vehicle checked. They found one of the caliber bolts was missing on the front passenger side and another was loose. This makes me think someone didn’t do their job when I had it at C. Harper for the brakes and rotors. You shouldn’t pay so much to have something like this happen very shortly after it was completed. I ha e never had a problem before with the service at C. Harper. Makes me want to think about any future maintenance I may need and if I want to take it there for it. More
