Needs improvement The service representative didn't listen to me. It took 2 appointments just to get him to see that the door lock was not working properly. And it is The service representative didn't listen to me. It took 2 appointments just to get him to see that the door lock was not working properly. And it is taking 2 more appointments to get the door lock fixed. I was kept waiting for hours with no update on service. Technician did fix problem, but I have my 4th appointment since June just to get 2 problems fixed. I was informed that the service representative working with me has changed. I will see how this next appointment is handled on Aug. 15th. On Aug. 15, I will have 8 hours of travel time going back and forth to service department and at approximately 10 hours of wait time for the service to be completed. This is not satisfactory. More
