C Harper Ford stepped up-and did some things that they normally wouldn’t do-as I was coming so far. Gary and Joanne were great-and Gary came and picked me up T my hotel, and we rode together for the test drive. I enjoyed talking to Gary about a plethora of things-and he made sure everything was done quickly and smoothly. They figured out what was and fixed Len was polite and fixed the problem . My low pressure light came on 3-4 times. Not only are your technicians competent, they are extremely customer service minded. I somehow managed to drive since last year on expired license plates and an extremely helpful young man took care of renewing them for me. (Without even rolling hies eyes in my presence) The service woman who took care of me was polite and and again that wonderful word competent. I recommend your company to all my friends. More
