Service I had my oil changed as usual at C Harper. A week later, the oil light came on. Pulled over and checked the oil and it was empty. I immediately called I had my oil changed as usual at C Harper. A week later, the oil light came on. Pulled over and checked the oil and it was empty. I immediately called the service dept. and let them know. Within a half hour a tow truck was picking my car up and taking it to C Harper. They called the next day to let me know that it was their fault and a gasket wasn't sealed properly. The tow and the oil change was taken care of free of charge and was ready to go the next day. I was impressed with how quickly everything was taken care of. More
