service with attitude I recently had quite a bit of work done on my car Some work included warranty work(leaking rear differential) lisa had attitude regarding my extended I recently had quite a bit of work done on my car Some work included warranty work(leaking rear differential) lisa had attitude regarding my extended warranty, Unable to provide rental as warranty provided, I had to involve the Lincoln Company Rep to get the proper care. Just recently I brought my car back after the rear taillight bulb was replace during inspection. I discovered the taillight case was broken. I spoke with Len who was extremely helpful, Lisa overheard the conversation and argued they did warranty work only, I overheard her and asked she check her records for taillight replacement. Not impressed with attitude. I emailed service manager while awaiting repair, with no response. Just not impressed More
