We had received mailings from many dealerships about post-bankruptcy assistance, but the only one that really caught my attention was from Connie Russman at C Harper. It was not fancy, but the message it conveyed was one of caring, and really wanting to help, not just wanting to make a sale. After speaking with Connie on the phone, we met her at the dealership, went over everything, and she explained what was available to us at this time, as well as what our best strategies would be to help increase our credit scores over the next several years. She tag-teamed with Jeff Pikulsky, who then took us for a test drive and explained more of the vehicle in detail to us. Having made our decision to purchase the vehicle, Jeff then proceeded to be sure the vehicle was ready for us while we finished up with Connie. I am an anxious person by nature, and buying a vehicle has never been an easy decision for me. I am always quite stressed out by the salespeople and usually feel extremely pressured. This was the very first time we have purchased a vehicle during which I have felt calm and not pressured. I want to thank Connie and Jeff and the staff at C Harper for making our visit there such a pleasure. What has in the past been stressful, and in this situation following the bankruptcy could have been even worse, was a great experience. I feel like I found new friends. I would definitely recommend C Harper!! It was worth the drive for us!! More
