Service is too expensive. Even if you have a coupon for an oil change for 60 dollars it was almost 100 when I was done and they added a bunch to it. An oil change should not cost 100 dollars come on now. No tire rotation with that either. Estimate for just front brakes…600 dollars. People have to settle for repair shops that use napa and other parts because its just too expensive to get all things done at Toyota. Had cabin filter change quoted it was crazy for such a small thing, ended up doing it myself. Wish I could afford to have oem work done on everything, its not realistic for the average person. More

The key situation with Toyota is nonsense. We waited 8 months for spare keys for the two Venzas we bought new in January. We waited way too long at he dealership, too. Then, we supposedly were supposed to receive two blanks at the time of the sale but didn’t. So we were charged $100 for two blanks AFTER shelling out close to $100k in cash for two new cars! Also, Byers cannot get my wife’s car to sync to any phone she or I have had to Apple CarPlay. The unit needs replaced but they keep sending us home and saying, “Try this or try that.” So my wife has no hands free phone and no navigation. Very disappointed with Byers Service department. More
