Very professional! Great service, nice waiting area. However, a little pricy. In their defense. I guess you get what you pay for. It would be great if when you get a oil change, you can get a better deal on tire rotation. Many places either rotate free or give you a nice break. Popcorn and coffee are good and definitely appreciated!!! Love my Tundra! More

Great quick service I couldn't have had better service. They met me at the service door, had my problem solved in 20 minutes even though I didn't have an appointment. 15,000 maintenance I did not have an appointment, I went in they said might be 2 hours it only took around 1 hour they asked if I wanted my car washed. Service experience Service report identified several items that needed taken care of. If the service associate would have told me about the items i would have gotten at Service report identified several items that needed taken care of. If the service associate would have told me about the items i would have gotten at least one taken care of while I was there. My car was pulled out of garage and parked 35 minutes before I was called to check out. there seemed to be a shortage of service mgrs which is frustrating for customers. More

Brakes were making noise The brakes on my RAV4 were starting to squeal. Time to replace. My tire tread was getting low too. I had them replace front brakes and all 4 tires.
