The total service was fine but unhappy about the the customer service. I knew my car would take a while and I understood the dealership was busy. I saw my car was finished and was in the pick up area. I customer service. I knew my car would take a while and I understood the dealership was busy. I saw my car was finished and was in the pick up area. I waited a while before I inquired about the status. She total me is was going to be pulled around shortly. I thought maybe I saw the wrong car in the pick up area. So I waited a little while longer and then I went out to check and it was my car. At this point it had been finished a while. Just tell me your behind and needed to finish paperwork not that it was going to be pulled around and finished shortly. At this point I had asked again to the ladies up front and was told she was finishing paperwork. I would have liked to been told the truth instead of lied to because not being told the truth had made me become frustrated. I had an afternoon appointment I need to get to and my car was dropped off at 7:40. Again, I knew it would be a while but I was unsure why my car was waiting. Was there other problems, I didn't know but an honest answer of still needing to finish up paperwork would have helped me. More

Working with the sales team to find a good fit for our family was lovely. We got exactly what we were looking for, and came home with a well maintained vehicle for a great price. I won’t return to Byers, and would not recommend them, simply because of the way this finance team has treated / handled my loan and warranty. Perhaps if you’re paying straight cash, you will enjoy this dealership! More
