This is the fourth car we have purchased from this dealership. I shop all dealers in a fifty mile area, and always end up at Byers. We bought a 2005,a 2008,and a 2012 Sienna van, and also a used Mercury station wagon my husband really wanted! The three new vans can't be beat, and believe me, I tried! They even found the Mercury for my husband when he told them what he wanted. Matt was our first experience with Byers in 2005, and sold me on the dealership. He was a great salesman, and is a very good finance manager. I see no reason to go elsewhere. Steve Bennett was new to me, but he was so helpful, and hit it off with my husband quite well. We came to a mutual price rather quickly, and it was painless and efficient. I must comment on the trade-in negotiations, which also surprised me. I am used to a real tug of war to get a price I can live with, and was amazed to get a reasonable price. I didn't even dicker! This is amazing and a little strange! I like to argue, and your used car guy was so good, I just agreed. Darn! We will be happy to recommend Byers to anyone, and thank you for the quality of your people and your dealership. Shirley M. I came into the dealership looking for a used car that I had seen online at their website. After looking at the car and talking with the sales person I decided to look at new cars. The sales staff knew what my monthly payment had to be and directed me to the Toyota Camry and the choices I had. After looking at several I made my choice and they explained the extended warranty, showed me around the service department nad answered all the question I had and within an hour I was on my way in a new car. This was my first experience buying a car. In the past, my parents did all of the talking and decision making. I had a wonderful experience at Byers. While I waited for my salesperson, I was allowed to go browse. My salesperson was able to show me the cars that I had come to see. I was able to ask questions and was given honest answers. The sales team worked to get me a monthly payment in my range. I was able to test drive two vehicles in one day, without much of a hassle at all. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. I felt very comfortable at Byers. I was comfortable with my salesperson and finance team, so much so that I purchased my first car! I wanted to knock $500 off the sticker price of my used car, but after we ran the numbers with the banks, I was able to get my monthly payment down with a better interest rate. If I could change one thing, I would have been able to reduce my price by $500. However, overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this dealership! More

The price we paid for Toyota Camry was one the best around. The facility where Byers Toyota is located is very clean and welcoming. We drove 2 hours to look at the car and didn't mind doing so because we were very impressed with the information available on the website and with the conversation we had on the phone with our salesperson Rich Gherman. Once we made our decision it was well past closing time but everyone who needed to stay did and they never made us feel like we had to rush to get it done. We would definitely recommend Byers Toyota to anyone looking to buy. When the time comes to purchase a new vehichle Byers Toyota will be our first choic. More
