The name of the game is service and byerstoyota....... you have it. P.S. Suggest to Toyota that they produce a CD to explain all the bells and whistles on the XLE, as well as safety features, maintenance, and how to set up the navigation, blue tooth, etc. It is so much easier to see a demonstration than to read 7 booklets.
