Tara and the service team were excellent! They went above and beyond. I came in for an oil change and also brought a headlight bulb that I was having difficulty changing and asked if they would replac above and beyond. They did not have the correct part in stock, so Tara called auto parts stores in the area until she found the part. Then she drove to the parts store to purchase the correct part! What service! Went on Saturday with my boyfriend with a specific used car I had seen on the web, a 2012 Honda Civic. Being a previous Owner of a 2006 Honda civic, I knew this was the car I wanted. I recently purchased a 2013 Tacoma double cab manual transmission. My wife and I first went to Byers and met with a gentleman known as "The Pollock" and he was polite and informative. He was going to research looking for a new/used Tacoma double cab manual and get back to me the following Monday. On Wednesday after not hearing back from him I emailed him and he quickly replied that they were getting a couple stick shifts in a couple days. I asked him to contact me as soon as they were there so I could at least take one for a test drive. A week went by and I knew that the dealership had received at least one of the trucks mentioned in the e-mail as it was on their website and cars.com I waited another few days and still didn't hear anything from the salesman. My wife and I decided that we would go in again and whatever salesman grabbed us and helped us would get the sale. We went in I believe on a Sunday and met Aaron. He was very friendly and helpful. He found what ended up being my truck about 90 miles away at another dealership. By Wednesday, I was driving away in my first new vehicle and couldn't have been happier with the truck and the experience. I only hope I didn't make things awkward for the salesman who if he just wrote me an e-mail or gave me a call like he said, would have gotten the sale. More
We had a very pleasant experience at Byers service department when we brought our RAV4 down for service recently. He spent a lot of time going over the various items that would be taken care of and I am very appreciative for his patience. The car was serviced in a very reasonable amount of time. We have had three lease vehicles from Byers and have never had a problem with any of our service visits. The quality of service is always excellent and the service personnel are outstanding in the performance of care and service they provide. More
Our only comment would be that the closing seemed to take a very long time. We were there for over 3 hours. As we have not purchased a brand new vehicle for about 20 years, perhaps that is normal. I will say that that we purchased a used car from a dealership in Columbus and found the interaction with the sales person to be a little pushy and of the "used car salesman" stereotype - a bit sleazy. We did not experience this at Byers. More
Excellent customer service to correct a fluke mishap with my brakes. I appreciate the way they went WAY above & beyond to accommodate my needs over Easter weekend.
